DIFFERENT BILLING AND DELIVERY ADDRESSES AND PO BOXES
Unfortunately at this time we do not deliver to PO Boxes and reserve the right to only ship to the billing address, or verify details with our customers before shipping to a different address.
CLICK & COLLECT
Select ‘pick up from store’ at the delivery options at the checkout, print off your order confirmation or order number & bring it with you to the store. Should you choose to have the item shipped at a later point we will need to take a shipping payment by phone.
IMPORT DUTIES
Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.
The customer takes full liability for all postal charges, return shipment costs, customs charges and handling fees should they refuse to accept a parcel due to import duties or taxes.
VAT EXCLUSION
Customers ordering from outside the European Union will receive a 21% VAT discount on their order. This is applied at checkout once you have given your delivery details.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Should you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we kindly ask you to contact our Customer Service immediately and we will do our best to resolve the problem as soon as possible.
RETURNS POLICY
EUROHEMICAL D.o.o. shop is happy to accept returns for any reason up to 7 days after you receive your item/s. You have up to 3 days to send us an e-mail at: eurohemical@protonmail.com to let us know the order number and mobile number, what it is you are returning and the reason for the return. You then have a further 3 days to send the goods back to our EUROHEMICAL D.o.o. shop. This means that the package must reach us within 14 days after you have received your order. Please be aware that the parcel can take up to 30 working days to be returned, unless sent via special delivery.In case of incorrect information, we will not accept any refund.
We suggest that when returning goods to the business you ship them via a trackable / signed for method, as the business does not accept responsibility for items lost in transit. Please include the original shipping document plus the returns authorization code in order to help us process a swift refund. Returned items without the correct documentation, mobil phone and email will be delayed in processing and will slow down the service we offer to you.
Please note all goods must be returned to us in a sound re-sellable condition with all original tags and packaging.

REFUNDS
Please note that up to 14 days may elapse between our receiving your return and the refund procedure. The refund time depends on the chosen payment method. In case the consignee is different from the buyer, the refund is always issued to the buyer and credit card or bank account owner.
